No data, no talk

No time is wasted on guessing.  Here we formulate, test and learn hypotheses. Our talks, presentations and deliverables are all based on tests and studies. When we don't know something we search and study first, for only then asking our cohorts.

Not everything is about money

Earning money is important, but it doesn't worth do anything for it. Thus, we don't do business with companies and people that we believe are not aligned with our values. 

We are not afraid of listening or telling the truth

We always believe in truth as the the best answer for all questions. We are not afraid of telling difficult things to ourselves or our clients, and this is done in a respectful and cordial way. We openly listen to feedback and are thankful for anyone who is concerned with telling us his/her truth.

We walk together

In our daily routine, it doesn't exist my part job or your part of the job. It does exist, however,  customer success. We work together to reach results counting on each other every day. When a deliverable is not good, we are not afraid of noticing it and do what needs to be done to deliver a better job.

We have fun

As hard as our daily routine is, we find a way to have fun. We are people capable to understand how serious things are, but after we manage it, we also laugh about our struggles.

Remote-first: work wherever you are

Do you prefer working from home or at the office? For us it doesn't matter and you can choose. We are a remote-first company. It doesn't mean that we don't work in an office or that you will need to stay every day at home. It is alright for us! We understand that people's relationship with work has been changing fast. Initial Contact

The first contact can be done either after applying online for a job opening with your CV, an internal referral, events, or directly by the recruiter through a phone call, e-mail, or LinkedIn.

Interview and Test

You will, afterwards, be interviewed and pass through a behavioral and technical assessment with one of our recruiters. You may need to take a technical test for some of our roles.

Decision making happens considering a pool of analysis related to profile match, culture, and technical and behavioral abilities needed to perform the job.
